Brett Finch to make debut against Warrington

Post by Milky90 on Wed Mar 23, 2011 5:51 pm

He formely played for Melbourne Storm, where he played 257 matches for the Storm while scoring 66 tries. He signed a 2 year contract with the Warriors in July but has missed action due to having neck surgery in January.

However, Paul Deacon will still be missing due to a head injury the other week. This means that Finch will most likely start as stand off.

Getting more and more excited for this game!

Finchy was a journey man in the NRL, playing at a number of clubs and never really finding that 'home', until he went to the Storm. Unfortunately due to infamous reasons he had to leave the club he loved so much.

Will be interesting to see how he goes over there, i hope he doesn't become disinterested like a few other former NRL players that don't play to their potential in the ESL.

He should be a good buy however.
